1st Choice Air came to clean the air ducts after I had my AC units replaced. They were fast, efficient, and very thorough. Cleaned the attic space and vents as well as the dryer vent. Showed me before and after photos of how much debris was removed. The house smells great and I also noticed not as much dust settling on counter tops.

I rarely review, but felt inspired today. I searched out high rated family owned air duct businesses and 1st Choice came up. My dryer was malfunctioning due to a blocked vent. My venting system is more complicated than most. They cleared it and my dryer is back in action. I'm writing this review because the customer service was above and beyond what you typically experience. The scheduling, communication, and work were top notch. No pressure, no upselling, just solid old school service. Thank you.

Anthony and his team were outstanding from start to finish. They arrived right on time, took care to lay down protective equipment to keep the floors and furniture clean, they clearly explained everything they were going to do before getting started. They worked efficiently and professionally throughout the entire process, and were incredibly patient in answering all of my questions—which were quite a few! They even shared additional helpful information that I wouldn’t have thought to ask about. I also really appreciated the attention to detail: every vent cover was cleaned prior to reinstalling, wiped down afterward, and they made sure to vacuum and clean up completely before leaving. My sister and I just had our A/C unit replaced, the company that did that suggested we get our air ducts/vents cleaned in our mobile home. They recommended and use 1st Choice Air Duct Care as an option with new A/C install. Anthony and Eder were very professional, friendly, asked if I had any questions, explained what would be done, said the dryer vent cleaning was also part of the service. My unit is not that big 1140 sq feet, I have 7 or 8 floor vents, dryer, the air flow filter area. They cleaned all of them in about 1 hours 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend 1st Choice Air Duct Care!

They did a tremendous job cleaning all the vents (all hand wash I was told), they also changed our filter, roof vents and I was surprised Anthony and his crew did the dryer vent as well, clean all the lint. They were very professional and quick. They were done for just less than an hour or so. Great service from a small family owned business. Highly recommend.

Had my air ducts cleaned this morning. This was part of a promo package purchase I made with Semper Fi. Wow did I get lucky. Melissa got me scheduled in quickly. Anthony, Ryan, and Raymond showed up on time. Anthony explained the process to me and then got everything set up. They laid down floor coverings to protect the floors. They also covered the furniture in the rooms they were working in. They even handwashed the vent covers (and there were a lot), and got them looking like new. 👍 Once the work was completed, Anthony and Raymond vacuumed up the floors and counters. Amazing.... 1st Choice has definitely lived up to their 5-star rating. Thank you for your amazing service.

First Choice was excellent, and I’ll definitely be using the company again. Anthony and his team cleaned and sanitized our ducts thoroughly. We are so pleased with the result. Not only that, but Anthony was extremely professional and kind. An issue occurred with our AC during the process and Anthony didn’t leave the job until the issue was resolved. He took it upon himself to have the HVAC issue repaired as part of the service because he wasn’t sure if it was caused on the job. Fast, efficient and very caring of our property. Highly recommend. We got all the ducts cleaned, sanitized and the dryer vent cleaned as well. We upgraded and had them do our ac coils too. Melissa in the office was great too. Everyone answered all of our questions. They felt like it would’ve been family taking care of our house.

What an amazing experience! We found this company on Google and they had amazing reviews so we scheduled an appointment asap Melissa was super nice and she got us in the schedule fast and painless lol she also called to tell us the day of that they can be at my house a few hours early and if that was OK so they got to my house withing 15 min very cool the guys today saved my house from a possible fire I mean look how much stuff came out of my vents thats about 30 years of build up that's crazy they both went out of their way to make sure everything went perfectly we really appreciate they both worked super fast and they left my house nice and clean Anthony was super polite and we paid with debit which was cool and convenient it was $150 out the door and it was worth every penny we can finally sleep good at night knowing that our house won't catch fire we really appreciate 1st choice duct care they are the best If you need anything give them a call they will treat you like family.

From the initial phone call with Melissa to the finished outcome with the technician Anthony, EVERYTHING was top of the line service. I had them do multiple services and I could not be happier. I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to write this one. My recent service appointment with 1st Choice Air Duct Care, LLC. was a breath of fresh air. They are a family owned business that go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied with their work. From the office manager Melissa who answered the phone to the technicians, Anthony and Raymond that came to my home helped make this process easy and efficient. When they arrived, Anthony walked through each room with me as he thoroughly explained the process and answered all my concerns and questions. I was having all my ducts, vents and dryer vent serviced. (They also do other related services.) They were very courteous and professional. They wore protective shoe coverings, face masks, gloves and protected my floors, furniture, kept me updated then thoroughly cleaned up after the job was completed, plus showed me the before and after pictures. As I stated it was a breath of fresh air to have a service business in Henderson Nevada show up and do the job!! I would and will recommend them to my friends and family! 100% RECOMMEND!!

After calling 8 or so companies trying to sell me a a/c unit before they even got here or telling me there running a special for a set min service price to just there with the vacuum hooked up and nothing else 200 fo 350 , and if u wanted the deep cleaning with the snake brush going through your a/c ducts which cleans out the tubes of all dirt lint and dust , was now a extra 350 or so on top of the price quoted , and if u want your coils cleaned in your a/c unit or outside guess what and extra on top of that ….. making that bill over 1,100 on a 1 story total scam . Then I found these guys very honest and beyond exceeds great work for a fair price and did all what I explained plus my dryer vent up to my roof exit and guess what everything they do they film and show u . They cleaned up all traces of a mess and my house was left smelling great with a nice fragrance which was pleasant and get this also cleaned off my ceiling fans too my wife was so happy and I was thrilled cause my a/c runs quiet and the dyer now dries the clothes in a faster time all this means less of a electric bill …. Thank u all for great work and attitude and attention to detail and the secretary is so nice and knowledgeable I was impressed all the way around so if u need honest and great work at a fair price call them …. 100% recommended! Efficient, knowledgeable, customer service oriented and honest! I highly recommend the company and the service. It feels really good knowing you’re not breathing dust, dead skins cells and pet dander, etc! 1st Choice takes video and pictures of the areas being cleaned and they show you before/after. I have an older home (1969) and they suggested that I get get the ducts sealed. However when they went up into the attic, the tech found that the ducts had already been sealed. I wouldn’t have known the difference. They also suggested I have the lint trap cleaned out, but they found it wasn’t needed. If you have had any service providers in your home, you know this is not common practice. Thank you Anthony and Raymond!
